By a separately negotiated arrangement, Donald Starkey can also design an individual buyer’s apartment or penthouse to their exact needs. Outside of the scope of the Standard Apartment specification(s) and price, in this case DSD fees will be to the individual purchaser’s account. The apartments cost may increase but that will depend upon the buyers chosen budget.
