Following is a list of the furnishings of a typical 2 bedroom, apartment assuming the 2nd bedroom doubling as a study.
You will note that much of what goes into an apartment is made by hand (MTM) especially for your apartment. It may also be your unique design or simply a copy of the 16th century Italian credenza that you’ve always wanted.
Generally, just about everything, apart from kitchen electrical equipment and the entertainment system is made from natural materials. If buyers take the optional package and standby while their apartment is being built, they may have a hand in many of the selections, including, should they choose, down to such detail as the marble to line their bathroom.
Please note that time is a factor: A made to order silk / wool or alpaca carpet from the time the design is agreed upon will take 3 to 6 months.
