A ship, unlike an apartment block cannot be issued a temporary occupation license (TOL).
Before your apartment can be occupied the ship’s trials must be completed and the vessel must have been accepted by both Lloyds and the Government of Isle of Man. This means that your apartment may conceivably be completed weeks or even months before occupation is permitted. Naturally every effort will be made to minimize any delay between completion of individual apartments and final acceptance of the vessel, by owners and builders working closely together.
