Can our apartment be serviced?
Your apartment is your home and it is provided unserviced with one reason to help reduce your costs of ownership / operation, another to provide you privacy.
However if you want it serviced daily, weekly, or monthly, partly or fully, this can be arranged for a small additional charge which will be decided by the owners committee as it will involve carrying additional crew.
Similarly if you want your apartment maintained this can be provided as an additional service based on cost plus by the existing crew. This means that if you want a bulb changed the electrician will do it for you, charging for the bulb and a small fee set by the owners committee for his time. Note however that your apartment has been designed with ease of cleaning / maintenance in mind and all the tools to do this are provided.
