How certain can we be of Raffles operating costs / contribution?

FVH shareholders and consultants include experienced ship managers with over 200 years experience in the international shipping industry.

The costs shown which you contribute to on a per m2 / per year basis, regardless of deck / location will be reviewed and revised right up to when Raffles sets sail with all information on actual projected costs available to owners at least 6 months before sailing.

As of now, noting that fuel and port charges are in effect allowances, they are accurate +-5%.

Operating costs have been estimated based on over 200 years experience of international ship operations and can be provided to qualified independent consultants for confirmation.

However note that FVH / AMS, if they manage Raffles for the initial 5 years of a ship guarantee operation have no incentive whatsoever to hide / disguise any costs, because they do not obtain any more “profit” from Raffles operation than you as the owners do!
