

No, it does not! Most of Raffles competition do carry “day trippers” (some as many as a 1,000!) but doing so means the ship’s schedule is then inflexible (has to be fixed years in advance) and as discovered, disastrously on “The World”, it can lead to major “cultural” problems?
The only guests onboard Raffles are those invited by the apartment owners and they are subject to the ships by laws, that owners themselves decide.
Also of course to protect Raffles, all visitors have to be security cleared by the Captain / MAA.
